9:00:26 AM Chairman Martineau Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners White, Martineau, and Skinner, Deputy County Attorney Erin Arnold, and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.
9:01:35 AM Chairman Martineau Announcement: Reminder to the public that the meeting is being recorded, televised live by Charter Communications and streamed over the internet.
9:01:42 AM Chairman Martineau There was no public comments on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction.

Approval of Budget Transfer for Solid Waste 4. Approval of Asset Disposal of Chevy 1998 Extended Cab Truck for Weed Department 5. 9:03:19 AM Chairman Martineau Opening of Sealed Bids for Construction of the Logan Landfill Equipment Building Wash Bay
9:03:31 AM Gallatin Solid Waste Management District Manager Jim Simon Opened the following bid proposals: Ingram-Clevenger Inc., Helena- Total base bid is $199,100 with an additional $18,700 for the drive- through door with concrete apron and steel rails; Karnath Contracting, Inc- Total base bid is $196,950 with an additional $10,300 for the drive-through door with concrete apron and steel rails; Diamond Construction, Helena- Total base bid is $317,000 with an additional $22,000 for the drive-through door with concrete apron and steel rails; Lutey Construction-The Craftsman, Inc, Total base bid is $182,642 with an additional $20,468 for the drive-through door with concrete apron and steel rails; AV Construction- Total bid is $232,300 with an additional $23,700 for the drive-through door with concrete apron and steel rails; and Outback Construction- The total base bid is $166,121 with an additional $12,000 for the drive through door with concrete apron and steel rails. Bids will be taken under advisement and return at a later date with a recommendation.

9:12:43 AM Finance Director Ed Blackman Announcement: There was suppose to be an opening of RFQ's today for the RID Maintenance but it was not on the agenda so it will be at a later date.
9:13:18 AM Finance Director Ed Blackman Requests that the Commission allow the committee to negotiate with Saving Grace Youth Services for the contract through June 2015.
